Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized office employee to join our growing company. In this position, you will assist in scanning documents (digitization) for our clients all over Thailand as well as helping with daily operations, manage documents, and other clerical tasks. You should be orderly, reliable, be able to effectively prioritize assignments, and complete them in a timely manner. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to work as a team are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete necessary digitization projects by scanning documents
  • Work independently on delegated tasks
  • Complete basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
  • Basic online research
  • Handle phone calls, post, email, and other communications on behalf of business
  • Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace
  • Monitor and use office equipment and materials
  • Report any problems with office equipment; help resolve the issues if possible

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Know how to use computer
  • Willing to travel on assignments
  • Confident using office equipment
  • Organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have

  • University Degree
  • Previous office work experience 
  • Proficiency in any language (English, Lao, Burmese, Vietnamese, Chinese, etc.) will receive additional consideration

Compensation

  • Monthly Salary of 15,000 THB

Work Schedule and Leave

  • Flexible schedules can be arranged. 
  • Work Monday-Friday (except holidays listed below), Sat/Sun. off
  • Approx. 8 hours of work daily, 40 hour weeks.
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • 6 days annual leave
  • 30 paid sick days, doctor’s note required for longer than 3 days
  • Maternity leave according to law, 15 days paternity leave
  • All other leave as required by law
  • 30 days notice required for termination
  • Severance according to law
